While our formulas are crafted with gentle, nourishing ingredients, we always recommend doing a patch test first — especially if you have known sensitivities or allergies.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each product is made fresh and best used within 6–12 months of opening.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we currently ship within the U.S. only. We hope to expand soon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
